Association Media Partners Chosen by PSIA-AASI for Digital Media Assessment

DENVER, Colo., March 5, 2013Association Media Partners (AMP), an innovative professional services firm focused on integrated media solutions, today announced its newest client – the Professional Ski Instructors of America – American Association of Snowboard Instructors (PSIA-AASI), a nonprofit education association dedicated to promoting the sports of skiing and snowboarding through instruction. PSIA-AASI is the latest organization to take advantage of AMP’s print and distribution analysis services as well as its digital media assessment capabilities.


“With more than 31,700 members, we are often the first place people come for innovative and current information about ski and snowboard instruction,” said Susan Urbanczyk, director of membership marketing and communications for PSIA-AASI. “In order to remain relevant and deliver the education and training our members need, we need to look at cost savings potential in our print materials as well as develop a digital strategy that involves multi-platform integration. Using their deep understanding of the print industry, the AMP team will conduct a print analysis for PSIA-AASI of their existing technical manuals, handbooks and journals to determine where print expenses can be trimmed. In addition, AMP will implement a digital online assessment to explore ways to optimize PSIA-AASI’s existing website,, and ultimately increase site traffic and enhance user engagement.

PSIA-AASI is an educational organization of the nonprofit American Snowsports Education Association (ASEA), with a combined membership of more than 31,700 men and women dedicated to promoting snowsports through instruction. The organization establishes certification standards for ski and snowboard instructors and develops education materials to be used as the core components of most ski and snowboard school training. PSIA-AASI supports its membership through research and development of instructional programs in alpine and nordic skiing, snowboarding, adaptive skiing and riding, and children’s skiing and riding.
